TANKER 5 (Sold)
Engine 51 is a 1989 White-Volvo chassis with an American Eagle body. It has a 1000 gpm Waterous pump and 750 gallon tank. It has an open-bench jump seat with three air paks. It carries a full compliment of equipment meeting standards for a Class A pumper.
Engine 52 is a 1986 Seagraves. It has a 1000 gpm Waterous pump and 1000 gallon tank. It was originally painted Lime Green and White with an open-bench jump seat
In 1995 it was rehabbed to current paint scheme. It now has a fully enclosed cab with seating for six. A hydraulic ladder rack was installed with additional compartments on officer side.
It carries a full compliment of equipment meeting standards for a Class A pumper.
Engine 53 is a 2005 Pierce Dash. It has a 2000 gpm Waterous pump and 2350 gallon tank. It has a raised roof, walk-through enclosed cab with seating for six.
It is equipped with a Turbo-Pump.
It carries a full compliment of equipment meeting standards for a Class A pumper.
This unit replaced Tanker 5. It was purchased partially with an Assistance to Firefighters Grant.

Ole Engine 52
Engine 52 saw a lot of action in its first stint with the Hancock Fire Company. Originally purchased in 1949, it is the third motorized fire apparatus owned by the department. It remained in service until 1989 when it was sold to a collector. It was re-purchased by the fire company and brought back to Hancock in 2006.
Tanker 5 was purchased in 1980. It originally had a1000 gpm waterous pump and a 2500 gallon tank. The unit was rehabbed in 1990. It was sold in 2006 to a Buddy Gray Fire Equipment. They re-sold it to a department in Alabama.
Company 5 has been saving Lives, Property and the Environment since 1928
This unit is a 1997 Ford F350 with a skid unit. The skid unit was originally built for Clear Spring Co. #4. They sold it to us and we mounted it in 1997 or 98. In March 2007, we upgraded the unit by adding a hosereel, some additional equipment and other minor changes. This upgrade was performed at 4-Guys.

Engine 51 is a 2007 Pierce Contender. It has a 1250 gpm Waterous pump and 1000 gallon tank. It has an enclosed raised cab capable of seating a 6-member crew.
It carries a full compliment of equipment meeting standards for a Class A pumper.
